How will I know my gift arrived?

You get an email as soon as you send the form, and a second one when we have matched your transaction. We check each one by hand, so the second email can take a little while.

Can I give from outside Bangladesh?

Yes. Choose US dollars in the form to see the ways to give from abroad. If none of them suit you, write to us through the contact page and we will find a way.

Is my gift tax-deductible?

Our confirmation email thanks you and records your gift, but it is not a tax receipt. Tax rules depend on your country, so please ask your own adviser.

Can I give every month?

Not automatically yet. If you want to give regularly, send each gift the same way and we will thank you each time. If you want to sponsor a learner, write to us.

Who can see my name?

Nobody, unless you tick the box. If you do, your name appears on this page once we confirm your gift. Your email and the amount are never shown.

I typed the wrong transaction ID. What now?

Write to us through the contact page with your reference number (it starts with DON) and the correct ID, and we will fix it.
